Wayne was born and raised in Jasper, In. The core Midwest values he grew up with form the foundation of his business and personal life. Upon graduation from high school, Wayne went on to study Economics at Wabash College. He is still very active in the alumni organization as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Wabash Men and the president of the Wabash Club of Evansville. He and his wife Sandy live in Evansville. He spends his free time on the golf course. Wayne and Sandy enjoy travelling especially to warmer climates to escape the cold Indiana winters.
